PSD 52 Closed Circuit

Anhydro small scale spray dryers have been supplied to more than 1200 private companies, R & D institutions and universities worldwide.

The PSD 52 Closed Circuit plant has been especially designed to carry out a rapid low temperature conversion of liquid products into powders in experimental scale or small scale production. The spray drying process are based on an inert gas (Nitrogen). The MicraSpray 150 Closed Circuit are ideal for the chemical, pharmaceutical and food processing industries where protection against oxidation, fires or explosions is necessary.

In order to provide full flexibility of the PSD, both a centrifugal atomizer and two fluid nozzles are part of the rental plant.
